I recently purchased a shirt from Ramraj Cotton through their website. While the ordering process was smooth, my experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing.
I requested an exchange because I was not satisfied with the color of the shirt. It has now been more than 10 days since I raised the exchange request, but nobody has come to pick up the product. Their delivery partner, Delhivery, has provided a very poor service experience. Every day, the tracking status shows that the pickup will happen "today," but no one actually turns up.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of effective customer support and follow-up. Despite waiting for several days, there has been no proper resolution or communication regarding the delay.
A company is judged not only by the quality of its products but also by how it handles customer issues after the sale. Unfortunately, my experience with the exchange process and customer service has been very disappointing.
I would strongly recommend customers to think twice before placing an order through their website, especially if there is any possibility that you may need an exchange or return.
