SHIPPING POLICY
Timely Delivery:
We make every reasonable effort to ensure timely product delivery. All orders will be shipped out within a maximum time of 1 - 2 business days from the date of order placement. Transit time varies based on customer's final destination, ideally from 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping Partners:
We partner with third-party courier services such as Blue Dart, Ekart, Delhivery, UPS, DHL, FedEx to facilitate deliveries. Details of the delivery partners will be shared once the purchased product is handed over to the courier.
Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at the specified address. If the package remains undelivered after this, the courier will inform us of the non-delivery.
Responsibility for Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damages to the package after it has been left at the customer's address by the courier agency.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Courier companies impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, so please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
Delivery Timeline:
You can generally expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days of placing it. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be entertained.
