RETURN POLICY
What is the Return Period?
- If you want to return the product, please do so within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note, that the return option won't be available after the 5th day.
What products are returnable?
- Returns will be only accepted if the products are:
- Unused / Unwashed / Undamaged
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What products are non-returnable & non-refundable?
The following products cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- For all the products that are mentioned in the respective product pages
Do I need to pay any return fee amount?
- A nominal fee of Rs.99/- is levied for return pickup courier
How will I get my refund?
- After we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process your refund. The refund will get credited to your original payment method.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be issued within 2-4 business days from the date of receiving the products from your end.
- For COD Orders: NEFT transfer will be processed to your bank account within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the products from your end.

- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email
EXCHANGE POLICY
What is the Exchange Period?
- If you want to exchange the product, please do so within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note, that the exchange option won't be available after the 5th day.
Can the items be exchanged?
- We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. The product has to be returned to us in unused and in resalable condition with it's original packaging. Once the exchange request is approved by us and we receive the product from you, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
How will I get my exchanged item?
- After we receive your item sent for exchange, we will inspect and dispatch the new item you want to exchange with.
Do I need to pay any exchange fee amount?
- No, you do not need to pay any exchange fee.
